Coaches can choose any ONE of the following event disciplines to study:

 

- Endurance

- Sprints/Hurdles/Relays

- Jumps

- Throws

- Decline This Event Choice

 

Please review the Level 2 requirements prior to applying and have all of the below information readily available before starting the application process. The credit card entered on the application should be the card you intend to use for the full tuition payment as the card will be charged upon acceptance. Admission decisions will be made approximately 24-48 hours after completed application is received.

Applications denied for entry will be charged a $25 application fee. An application must be received by midnight, June 30, 2019 to qualify for the early registration rate. All applications are due no later than midnight (EDT) Friday, July 19, 2019

The CV-Elite Athlete Training Center offers single or shared housing options in on campus dormitories. The room and board package does not include housing on the night of Thursday, August 8. Each on campus housing package includes meals, parking and access to the training facility. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be served in the CVEATC Dining Hall. Meal plan begins with dinner on Monday, August 5, and concludes with lunch on Thursday, August 8.

Linen package is included: pillow, two sheets, pillowcase, light blanket, plus one towel and washcloth. Rooms within the USATF housing block are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis as tuition, room and board payment are made after acceptance to the school. Students should be prompt in making payment to assure their choices can be accommodated.

*Acceptance to the course provides access to the payment page and Sport Science modules for first-timers. No slot is guaranteed until payment is made.

Check-in for first-timers and alumni will occur Monday, August 5 from 1:00pm-2:15pm. Upon arrival, there will be signage directing coaches where to park or be dropped off. The Level 2 school introductory session will start promptly at 2:30pm.

All Level 2 participants must check out of their rooms by the scheduled checkout time, 8:30am on Thursday, August 8, which is prior to the event exams. The program will conclude at approximately 3:00pm on Thursday, August 8, following event exams and graduation. Attendance at the closing session is mandatory in order to receive a Level 2 certificate.

Travel to/from the CV-Elite Athlete Training Center is at each registrant's own expense. The airport below is available for incoming/outgoing flights.

All tuition or room & board full refund requests (less processing fees) must be submitted in writing no later than 11:59pm (EST) on June 30, 2019. A $25 administrative fee will apply to all refund requests. For first timers, only a 50% refund of tuition will be provided after they have entered the Sports Science Modules, which officially begin the course. No refunds after deadlines.
